The Wellness & Education programs at Third Street Alliance are designed with the whole community in mind. All of our classes are co-ed and open to the public; no membership is required. We offer classes for every age, toddlers to seniors, and for every purpose, self-defense to relaxation. Whether you're interested in exercise, instruction, or recreation, we're sure we have something for you.
