Third Street Alliance is proud to announce that we are now an Authorized Tai Chi Training Center!

From the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association April 2010 Newsletter:

April 20, 2010 - ATCQA today announces that it designated Third Street Alliance for Women & Children in Easton, Pennsylvania as its first Authorized Training Center.

An ATCQA Authorized Training Center is an organization that offers Tai Chi classes meeting the requirements set by ATCQA. Students who graduate from an ATCQA Authorized Training Center will receive ATCQA Certification for Tai Chi Practitioners. In December 2009, ATCQA first announced its plan for the Authorized Training Center program as a way to promote high professional standards in the industry. 

The Tai Chi program at Third Street Alliance is led by Jim Matthewson, who is certified by ATCQA (Level II) and a member of ATCQA Professional Development Committee.

ATCQA accepted Third Street Alliance for Women & Children as its first Authorized Training Center after a strict review of the lead trainer's qualification, the training plan and the syllabus, the training facilities, and the business liability insurance coverage at Third Street Alliance.
