Historic Rooms

Third Street Alliance has three historic rooms, the dining room, parlor, and connecting foyer, that are available for rentals. These rooms are on the main floor of our building and are available many evenings and weekends for special occasions.

These rooms are rented together and provide a beautiful backdrop for your wedding, reception, baby shower, meeting, or other event. The prices for these rooms are $55.00 per hour or $350.00 for the day. For an additional fee, our kitchen can be utilized with this rental.

Other Rooms

Third Street Alliance has several other rooms available for rental use.

Our gymnasium can be used for sports teams, large meetings, or rehearsals and performances. The gym also transforms beautifully under the right lighting and can be used for large parties or receptions. The prices for a gym rental are: $55 per hour or $350 per day. Special rates are available for contracted ongoing rentals, such as a basketball team or monthly gathering.

	Third Street Alliance gymnasium

Our Sharing the Caring room is a fairly large room with plenty of seating and is easy to decorate and clean. This room is often used for pool parties, showers, conferences, and parties with young children. This room houses our Sharing the Caring adult day center during the week and is only available for rental in the late evening or on weekends. The prices for this room are $45 per hour or $270 for the day. For an additional fee, our kitchen can be utilized with this rental.

Our Activity Room is a smaller room with beautiful murals painted on the walls and plenty of seating. This room is often used for pool parties or small groups and is available most evenings and weekends. The prices for this room are $30 per hour or $180 for the day.

Pool Parties

Pool parties at Third Street Alliance are the perfect way to celebrate! Whether it's a birthday party, Congrats Team party, or even a retirement party, a pool party will make it memorable.

Included in a pool party package is one hour of exclusive use of our pool (no one but your group and the lifeguard will be in the pool area) and one hour in a party room. Your party room will be our Sharing the Caring room or Activities Room, depending on the size of your group. Both rooms are easy to decorate and clean and both are kid-friendly.

The price for a pool party is $185 plus a $35 deposit.

Important Information about Rentals

Third Street Alliance is a smoke-free building and smoking is not permitted on the property. During parties, please ask your guests to leave the property to smoke and to dispose of trash properly.

Third Street Alliance has policies which must be followed in order for any party to provide alcohol to guests. If you plan to serve alcohol at a party, you must inform Third Street Alliance staff before your contract is drafted. Alcohol cannot be served at pool parties.
