         The Learning Center has openings in all classrooms! Call 610-258-6271 for more information!Winter is officially here and no one is more excited by this than children! December was full of winter activities, holiday fun, and special visitors. The children performed a Holiday Show in late December for all their friends and families. Each classroom performed a wonderful holiday skit and/or song and the entire show was a great success!
Of course, winter is also a great time for baking special treats! PreSchool children were happy to help in making brownies for a class treat- and talked about it for days in advance!
And these days, no winter is complete without a Polar Express Day! The children in all classrooms were treated to a day of fun that included stories, games, crafts, activities and- of course- pajamas!

General Information about The Learning Center
The Learning Center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), holds a PA Keystone STAR Four rating, and is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. For more information on these merits, and what it means for your child, please visit the websites of NAEYC and the PA Office of Child Development and Early Learning. The Learning Center is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and serves children from the ages of 12 months through 12 years in four age-appropriate classrooms. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are prepared onsite and served daily. For a sample menu, please click the "Menu" icon at right. For the safety and security of all the children at The Learning Center, there are several forms that must be completed before enrollment. Many of these forms will also need to be updated every 6 months. For your convenience the most frequently needed forms are available for downloading in the right column. Our tuition rates and family handbook are also available. |
